It was from the icy shores of Canada, that a little twerp of a boy unpopular and effeminate and girly, from his wet dreams learnt of a prize most succulent as the rogue Succubus Shelale offered and whispered him power unfathomable and beyond comparison. The power to sing to his heart's desire, and he will have have popularity, but only among pubescent girls, and would be rich beyond his dreams no matter what. This boy took upon the offer and ever since that day, the world has come to know him as... Justin Beiber.

It's now 2012, January, and Justin Beiber is about to reach the apex of his deal. Unbeknownst to the regular denizens of the world, in his concert that is going world wide, interrupting EVERY TV CHANNEL IN THE WORLD, will broadcast his shrill wailing called singing, and hypnotize the masses of Earth. It is up to EVERYONE in their interest to stop Justin Beiber, as Shelale gathers her forces to protect him. If he succeeds, the world as everyone knows it would change, and would end up in perpetual Beiber fever without an end. No TV, no radio, no media, not even private collections, would be safe from his songs, for all will be broadcasting his music 24/7, every year, forever.

It does not help that Shelale shall gain power immeasurable through support, enough to spread her influence through Inferis.
