   DESCRIPTION:
   Relius has black hair and green eyes. Relius has a pale skin color, which helps set off his hair and eyes. He does not contain any blemishes or facial hair. He contains the body frame of an athlete, similar to the famous athlete Lance Armstrong. Through the years of his life, Relius focused first on boosting his flexibility and strengthening his “posterior chain”—a series of muscles that includes the gluteus, hamstrings, lower back, and others that support the spine and provide power, speed, and stability. He would call this the foundation of his body’s true core, focusing more on the definition of his muscles instead of strength training. Relius has a small pointy chin and a snub shaped nose, which most researchers say to be the most appealing nose type. He also has a perfectly proportioned mouth. Relius always seems to maintain a serious facial expression full of a strong conviction and will. He also contains a fabulous bone structure along with mile high cheekbones. Relius has white teeth, long eyelashes, and full eyebrows. He has broad shoulders and his poster is never slouched.

Going over to his clothing, Relius wears a black suit and tie. Going more into the outfit, it is a satin-faced notch lapel enhances the refined style of this all-black formal wear staple. Flat-front slacks add a modern touch to the timeless look. The jacket is single breasted, containing grosgrain silk facings on a notched lapel. A notched lapel is considered less formal, so it is able to be worn on any occasion. His trousers contain a single silk braid covering the outer seams, they are also fitted. His outfit also contains a white dress shirt with white buttons; The dress shirt has Portofino cuffs along with silver cufflinks, with a detachable turn down collar. Relius's outfit also contains black dress stockings, a black silk tie, and black patent leather oxfords.

He is a very charismatic young man who possesses a strong sense of justice and a devout religiosity, which sustain and guide him through all manner of shaking uncertainties. Relius has always had the knack of finding the funny side in life, and he has no qualms about sharing it with others. His talent with witty comments, almost always delivered with his dry sense of humor, can usually brighten up just about any dreary situation, and his knack for friendly banter allows him to easily make his friends crack a smile. As a result, Relius is usually the go-to guy when one is seeking to lighten their mood, and he never disappoints when he is approached by others to try and make them laugh. Relius has never had any problems with expressing his opinions to others and can always be counted on to tell everyone what he thinks, be it criticism for something he thinks is stupid, or praise for what he thinks is a well thought out plan. This trait of presenting his honest opinions to others has gotten him in trouble with some in the past, and yet even those that wish he was a little less blunt can’t help but have a measure of respect for him at the same time, for it is not always easy to disagree with others.Relius has a fiery passion hidden inside of him that, although normally hidden by his laid back personality, presents itself in situations where he feels strongly about the matter at hand. These surprising displays of emotion are generally so different from how Relius normally acts that most are taken aback, surprised by how much he cares. As such, when he does display such powerful emotions, others usually see it as an indication as to how serious the matter at hand really is.

Relius has always had a knack for seeing past what is on the surface of things to the truth hidden underneath it, a useful trait that allows him to understand situations and individuals with far more ease than most. Relius takes pride in the fact that instead of merely assuming that something is as it seems, he takes the time to truly understand just what is going on, and this has helped him in the past on many separate occasions, giving him the edge he needs to get to the heart of the matter at hand. Relius has never had a problem with self confidence in any point of his life. Although sometimes he gets carried away in how he thinks of himself, the fact of the matter is that his belief in himself is a cornerstone on which he is able to draw great strength from. This faith in himself allows him the courage and confidence to stand firm and face challenges without a single trace of doubt, a quality that inspires those around him to try and do the same themselves.



   HISTORY:
Relius was born in march 15 1991, in a place only known as “sanctuary”. It was an underground base that was located in the united states, which devoted their entire lives to creating the perfect Templars.  It started off with using the sperm of high level Templars and in rare cases paladins, with the women there serving as surrogates.  There the child would be properly trained in the art of combat and in the ways of the world, serving their divine purpose as warriors that would fight against the demons in the name of god, completely  devoted to the Templar order.  Relius was one of these children, taking on the last name of his surrogate mother; he was raised to be a fine Templar.  As he was a teenager, he was taught about the ways of the Templars  and the backstage manipulation they took towards humanity.  He was all for it, especially hiding the fact that demons exist to the rest of the human race.  Relius felt a personal  way about revealing the truth about the other world, itll be a wide spread panic beyond their control if it was to happen, so it was up to the Templars to do their job right.  

Relius’s entire childhood consisted of  being in battle simulator and eating rations. He also studied literature, reading the word of god every single day.  His first real field experience was at the age of eighteen years old. It involved a team of 25 Sanctuary agents heading over to  infernis to defeat a high level demon. However, the mission ended in a failure, with Relius being the only one to return alive. The mission was a failure, because  Relius considered it a failure.  All of his friends were killed, and it was because of the demons. The higher ups thought differently,  his survival was actually the last peak of the graduation, where each of their outfits had a video recording device which recorded their progress.  He was given the title of master protector, because of Relius’s instinctive actions of rushing to someones aid. His abilitys inside and outside battle allowed him to serve as a bodyguard for political figures  that were apart of the Templar order, preventing assasinations.   He has been  living that kind of life for three years now, only sent to infernis by direct order of the Templars themselves….

   SKILLS:
   1. Athletic Physique: To be called master protector,   Relius would have to be at the right place at the right time.His entire physical build is equivalent to a track star. Relius is an amazing sprinter and can run at top speed at any given time, and run through great distances without tiring.

2.. Systemia: Relius was trained in the russian matrial art that is used by the Spetznas. He is highly trained in hand-to-hand combat, grappling, knife fighting,  fire-arms, and improvised weaponry.The matrial art itself  focuses mainly on controlling the six body levers (elbows, neck, knees, waist, ankles, and shoulders) through pressure point application, striking, and weapon applications.

3. Explosives Expert: Relius is Very skilled with any kind of explosive equipment. Grenades, launchers, and other things that go boom.


   WEAKNESSES:


1.  Sees things in black in white- The moral gray area doesnt exist with Relius. Those with the templars are considered good, and those who are with the demons, associate themselves witht the demons, or even sympathize with them, are evil. This could lead to some misunderstandings with demon hunters and rituralists. They would be hard for him to work with because he would be unable to put his personal feelings about demons aside.  

2. Holy Orders- Be just or Be dead- Relius will never ignore a direct command from a Templar member that resides high within the chain of power from where he stands. He always considers himself to do gods work, so  he could be easily manipulated by people that outrank him.  He would carry out that order without a second thought, all in the name of god. As to why it would be considered a weakness,  this would be counted as a twisted flaw for he is unable to attain free will towards his course of actions up to a certian degree

3. Too ambitious-  Relius is always looking for that promotion, dreaming to reach even higher feats and glory. Its because he acknowledes the weakness of following  commands from individuals that are higher than him, that he strives to outrank them and do his own thing.  Relius is seldom satisfied with where he stands in the world, and wants that to change at any cost.

Here are the following reasons, MORTAL.

The Russians were NOT a Templar friendly bunch, in fact, the very foundation of Soviet Russia started from Lenin, who was in turn manipulated by Lucifer. So yeah, if one were to join Templars from Russia, it won't be from any official Templar sanctioned programs there as it cannot happen, considering they stand in contrast to the Order itself. It's too risky for them to have a base there, and there ARE Russians that joined the Templar Order, but they did so at their own initiative, and due to their specialty, said Russian being a Paladin.

So yer, correct that and rectify it, and stuff. I wouldn't put it past Templars to have designer babies grown as soldiers, buuuuut... it wouldn't be done in Russia, it would be done most likely in one of their territories that usually encompasses NATO nations themselves.

There is no language called Jewish, it's called Hebrew, it's like calling the Muslim tongue Islamic instead of Arabic, or Christian language Christian instead of Latin (although in this case, it's highly disputed what IS the official language of Christianity). ANYWAYS, point is, Hebrew is the language spoken if you're going the Jewish route.
