Feel free to here post their apps, WIP or not, without fear of them being archived; here they will wait, all of which should have {NEP} in their titles, until you PM an admin to have them reviewed when you've accumulated enough posts. See the rules for the character post requirements for each new character, and note that staff will not scan this forum naturally, you must PM to have an NEP character be reviewed.
