OVERVIEW:
The Weeper (originally her father's evocation, with the name "The Weeper" engraved into the stock) is an onyx colour. It's almost as if the crossbow itself is alive when in Maisie's hand since she smoothly and easily locks onto her targets, with the help of a small sight attached to a bridge. It's simple, aim straight and pull the trigger. Her crossbow is equipped with a sort of auto-load that can fire around 10 bolts before she has to reload. Some of the arrows are tipped in a sort of poison, so if the tip pierces a victim, poison will slowly creep into their system. It doesn't work to kill, instead it works it's way to the brain, causing delirium and throws them off balance (depending on the size of the demon, the poison will affect them more slowly or quickly). She keeps each arrow in a quiver slung behind her back. The poisoned ones have a thin, red line just beyond the fletching, the rest are pure black. It's got a little bit of weight to it, since it was originally her fathers, but it doesn't affect her accuracy. Her arrows, when flying through the air, make a blood curdling screech, perhaps disorienting for some, like a banshee. Each of her arrows make the warning call just before they reach their target, that someone is going to die.
