OVERVIEW:
Augus has a special ability to change his very body or specific body physically and internally.For example,say he is chasing some prey that is flying.Augus can use some flesh from his rather large belly and focus it to two of his spider-like legs,quickly mutating them into normal legs while he makes his other four legs mutate to his back to create wings,enabling him flight.Another example is if Augus is in a large body of water.He could mutate his hands,legs,and tail to fins.However, the mutation is not instant.It requires at the very least 30 seconds.During that time span,he is vulnerable to attack.Although he can defend,he can't move from the spot hes standing in until his mutation is complete.

This is far too braod to be a thing. It basically allows your character adapt to any situation. And while that's the ability, it's entirely an overpowered and vague concept. I'd suggest rewriting this entirely to something different and more centralized. Aka the ability to grow wings or perhaps something along the lines of gaining a shell or some other ability entirely, like control over ice, or biokinesis, or somewhere along those lines maybe.

I see where your getting at,but he can't create a second head or extra heart.This revolves entirely on his limbs(and bones that are effected by the contorting of the flesh).He also loses a limb to make a new one,such as the wing ordeal.He lost two of his four legs to make wings.If,for example,grew extra arms,it would cost him his legs,allowing no movement entirely.Also I looked up biokinesis.Now THAT is OP.
