Despite their frightening name and appearance, Cannibals are little more than glorified bottom feeders. They were created by Asmodeus when the Blightscape was becoming too overcrowded with corpses and she actually tripped over them frequently. Angered by her falls, she created a new plague in collaberation with Beelzebub that morphed every twenty fifth infected into one of these vile bloated creatures. They have vastly durable stomachs that can devour almost any type of organic material without stopping. Cannibals use this ability not on living flesh, but on fallen bodies, acting as scavengers.

Abilities: Cannibals produce a highly corrosive acid in their mouths which melts through most organic material and allows them to devour larger quantities. While this was developed as a survival mechanism, it can be deadly if one decides to utilize it in combat. The acidic maws of the Cannibals is not their only defense, however. The demons have grown large organic cannons on their backs, which launch the devoured remains mixed with an acidic solution for a high powered organic cannon.

Miscellaneous Notes: Cannibals are really slow moving. In fact, they are incapable of running at all. Because of this, they usually travel alongside other Blightscape demons, feeding off of their 'leftovers' and acting as support units and living artillery.
