PERSONAL DETAILS

DESCRIPTION:
Xerath has long auburn hair that reaches her back with ease.  Bangs feather over her only slightly tanned face, but due to skin tone she looks a bit pale anyways.  Naturally her for doesn't look like much.  Her frame is pretty slim with natural curves, but nothing model perfect.  Her eyes are a bright cyan blue with some green hue to it.  She often paints her nails to match.  Clothes-wise, she tends tow ear something out of a fashion magazine.  This includes dresses, skirts and often small hair accessories.   She likes to wear platform shoes opposed to high heels. She likes to wear colorful or artsy clothes.  She likes to wear music note designs.  There are no real markings other than the occasional scar from her military life or random clumsy escapades.   She does have earrings, and usually switches them so they don't fully match.  She doesn't often wear other jewelry aside from the ring she keeps on her left hand.  


PERSONALITY:
Determined and stubborn.  Those words sum up most of Xareth's personality.  She knows what she wants and does it.  Nothing holds her back and no one can stop her once she makes up her mind.  She's a rocket in that aspect.  Her determination can someimes land her in disaster, but often she's too prideful to ask for help.  She likes people to know she's strong and likes to believe that nobody needs help when they're strong.  Secretly, she knows she's weak as her immune system could kill her at any time if it so chose to allow her to get sick.  

Xareth is stubborn enough to the point that she refuses to admit she has feelings when she does.  At times she seems 'rude' or 'mean' to others. She's not really hating, she just isn't sure how to express her emotions in a positive light.  At the same time, she remains flirtatious with those around her.  At the same time, she's cold and stand-offish, showing she's not good at being close to others.  There's always a barrier to breech.

Her hobbies including artsing and artsy stuff.  She writes stories and works as a mangaka at a nearly-unknown production company.  Though her story isn't soaring like most would assume she would want- she's happy enough that she's even selling at all.  She sought her passion and despite the fact it drives her absolutely insane at times, she happily meets her deadlines and sates those few fans she DOES have.  Most of it is romance/action stories and she gains inspiration from just about anything and everything around her.

SHE LOVES SWEETS, but they give her a stomach ache.  Xerath has a slight problem with eating at all, as her fickle nerves and her fear of getting sick often leaves her to eat barely enough to sustain herself.   She's not exactly anorexic, as much as she is more afraid of eating in a way.  This is never touched or discussed as it is a kind of touchy subject with her.

HISTORY:
Xerath was born in a normal family.  In fact her life was pretty normal in general.  Well, despite the fact her older brother was absolutely insane, but otherwise, everything was pretty average.  She went to school and she studied.  Her day to day was spent studying her classes or working on the art she loved.

Her first book was a flop.  Nobody really took interest in it, because she was also young and the drawings were borderline stick figures.  With much work, she fined it by the time she hit high school.  It was then she knew she wanted to go into the military.  She only needed to graduate.  She wasn't far from it, and that excited her.  Nothing thrilled her more than the thought of serving her country. She started her training then- as mainly just exercising.

A dark secret was kept hidden by being claimed as germaphobia.  Her parents claimed that Xerath was terrified of getting sick and often had her take precautions for it.  The truth:  Xerath got sic easily.  For some reason her immune system didn't work as well as it could and things that shouldn't hospitalize her, did.  It was luck on her end that she never ended up near death- at least not until she 17 and had pneumonia.  Her mother stood by her the whole time: paranoid and in tears.  Through grasping straws and prayers, it seemed her daughter eventually recovered and was allowed free after a month.  This meant it was time to catch up the homework.

Graduation was there at last and she enlisted.  The following 5 years were some of the best of her life.  It was also some of the worst.  Luckily she never had to go to war, but she DID find out through a bad experience about PURGE and ended up joining.  The day had been June and there was a big fight- the result was something more than she could have imagined.  Demons actually existing and possessing humans?  Magic powers?  Though it was a lot to accept, she confronted her brother and requested to help- even if she couldn't do much.  

After another year, something happened.  Xerath couldn't move out of her bed.  Her head was dizzy and she was rushed to the ER, by her rightly worried mother.  The end result was that she had a case of anemia.  Her mother explained it to her boss and well- she was discharged.

This didn't stop her from trying to help- as she explained she was on medications, now- so she could commit her full time to PURGE.  In the meantime, she would work on her Manga-drawing.  Suddenly she was swept back into that fantasy world.  It was a hard time.  Finding a producer seemed nearly impossible.  It took a whole year in order to do so, but once she did- she was ecstatic.  Along with it came trials and tribulations, but to her it was worth it.
