DESCRIPTION:
From the side, one might think, "what a beautiful woman!" Until she turns the rest of her face to reveal the scar that takes up the other half. Yes, she is a beautiful woman, and yes, she is covered in scars. Her body, arms, legs, everywhere. It's from the years of demon hunting as well as civilian life. In a way though, the scars don't take away from her beauty unless you are a man that likes their women "pure."

She does have gorgeous soft skin normally, her hair a natural platinum blonde that almost appears like a liquid gold-silver in the light. It has a natural wave to it, and is often pulled back into a ponytail at the back of her head. It's parted in the center, her bangs just long enough to brush her upper eyelids. She leaves two long locks on either side of her face free to hang down as they wish. Her eyes are a brilliant blue, a single mole beneath her left eye. Her nose is delicate, lips full but not huge.

Her body is curvaceous, but it hides the iron taught muscles beneath, often fooling those that look at her at first glance. She is a strong woman, but they never seem to quite realize how strong until she's lifted them up with one hand by the collar and thrown them onto the top of a car. Her favored type of outfit on Earth is a business woman's suit with a skirt, the color a dark magenta that may as well be red. She does wear a white shirt beneath it, cut low like a V-neck. She also has solid black stockings covering her legs with red heels to match her suit. The heel isn't toooo high, but it isn't just some one inch heel either. She also wears an old army jacket about her shoulders like a cape.

When in Inferis, she wears a pear of black, silver toed, combat boots for a proper ass kicking. They do have crosses engraved on them for added damage should she kick a demon. The rest of her clothes are very akin to what she wore during previous battles. The khaki cargo pants, the khaki buttoned shirt with all of its pockets, her combat belt, blue beret, whole nine-yards. She also has fingerless gloves with a silver plate on the back of it emblazoned with another cross, smaller crosses on the front of each knuckle embedded in the material so that when she punches it'll cause just as much damage as her kicks. She loses her military coat from on Earth however, leaving her less likely to get grabbed by it.

PERSONALITY:
Dignified. If this were creating a Guild Wars 2 character, the immediate choice would be Dignified. Tatyana holds great pride in herself, her family name, and for the great organization that she is a part of. Uphold the honor of your name, of your family, and of humanity. She wouldn't go so far as to promote self-mutilation for the lord for that just gives you wounds that can weaken you. If you feel that strongly, then go to confession and be relieved of whatever is weighing you down. It is extremely disappointing if someone brings dishonor to any of the three things she's stated above, ESPECIALLY if they do not care that they have done so. If they have done so and clearly are extremely troubled, then she would be far less harsh on them than in the other case. She's… very firm and strict, however her men do not seem to mind or even notice. They are well aware of what is expected of them, and honestly, she's a very respectable leader. She might be firm, but she is no dictator either. Praise where praise is due, nip a problem in the bud, all that jazz. They are a family, and they are united in their purpose.

She is a woman that values life for life's sake. She believes in the scriptures, all of that, but she has her own interpretations that coincide with it. Perhaps she should be more God fearing, but you can't defend the light if you are terrified of the being at the Top. So live, and live well. Remember the Golden Rule, and kill demons. She smokes, she doesn't always say grace, she curses… Yeah she's no perfect Christian. She's a woman of the modern age; strong, independent, and she doesn't take shit from anyone she isn't supposed to take shit from. also, don't be stupid. There's no need to do anything in excess except for killing demons. Then participate in that excess all you'd like.

But thats still relating to work. When she isn't at work, she is a calm, rather laid back woman that is content to sit by the fireside and read a book or watch some movie. She believes that there must be a balance in all things in order to remain sane and happy, and she has figured out what that means for her. She's found how to best balance out her work and her play, often blending the two of them when necessary. She is a compassionate woman that will help those who ask for it, and merely feeling some sadness for those that don't. There are plenty of people in the world that ask for help, receive it, but don't necessarily use it. You can only help someone so much until they are willing and able to help themselves. At that point its up to them, so step back and stop wasting your energy on them.

While she is laid back and whatnot, her anger is something to not be ignited. Once, her platoon had hunted down a group of terrorists and their extended family decided to come after them, to hunt her men down. She didn't take very kindly to that and so laid her trap, waited at the very end and quickly neutralized the threat. Oh yes, do not FUCK with her. It isn't an explosive thing, hell you might not even know you've set it off until later. It's a calm beneath the surface thing, but she's already plotting to exact revenge or how best to strike you down. It won't be pleasant and only in certain circumstances will it be quick.


HISTORY:
It was a simple Soviet household that Tatyana was born into. Nothing special, a poorer family actually that always struggled to make it on the day to day in the Communist system. They did their best for their young girl whom was so bright and warm to those around her, making sure that she went through school all the way to high school. She made sure to get a job to try and ease the paying of bills and for the great motherland as they always called it on the propagandistic TV. Oh yes, there was so much that was taught TO them, but Tatyana was a child that also studied on her own time because she simply wanted to. So she knew of the rest of the world, America, the rest of Europe, Asia… Places that just seemed so very far and very… Odd when related to her home in the USSR.

She did not go to college despite how her parents hoped that she would because she wanted to try to ease their burden instead. So she joined the army instead, fighting for the cause of love of country, and the money that she received for doing so. Her parents did get to live in a nicer home now that they had more money, and Tatyana felt like she had some sort of purpose in this world. Besides, it also got her out of the house and further out into the world. Her grandmother had always been rather fervent in her beliefs and ensured that her granddaughter was a devout, good little Christian too. Honestly, Tatyana was tired of it. By getting to be elsewhere and do other things? Now she didn't have that weighing on her shoulder anymore either. When the Soviet Union split at age 17 for her, she barely felt a thing. What she did feel was some relief because now… now she hoped things would get better for her family.

It wasn't easy when she first started out in the military. She got some harassment, some men trying to prove how much beefier they were than some pretty little bumpkin girl. So when they finally challenged her to a duel, she promptly threw them down on the ground shocking many in the room. The other girls that were there cheered, and so they all had drinks later that night. She was accepted. She never had any troubles making friends or finding loyalties as they fought more battles together. She proved to be an excellent fighter that easily soaked in all lessons taught, her specialty being rifles, pistols, and knives. Her hand to hand combat was just as excellent, her skills at keeping the men together in heated moments also drawing the attention of their superiors. At 20, her mother died of illness, shrinking her blood family down another one. It was now that she was relieved to have the fellowship of her comrades.

When she was 23, she received an invitation to join a Spetsnaz group which she gladly took. She was promoted and put in charge of her own platoon of men that quickly became her closest of comrades. What she didn't know was that there was a Templar hidden amongst them watching her because she had caught the orders eye. After many a secret mission, trial by fire, and battle, Tatyana found herself promoted again. She was on leave for a couple of months with her family when she was suddenly invited rather quietly to this… "other" group. The Templar Order. Now they were talking about demons and possessions as if the damned things were real and not just biblical stories that her Grandmother had tried to shove inside her head. They allowed her some time to think it over, and think it over she did. It was true that the same grandmothers death had been rather odd, and sometimes there were things that couldn't quite be explained in normal terms. If it was a threat to innocents, to her country, and to her new family then she figured, "Why the hell not." So she signed up and was given a crash course in the Templar ways.

It's true, she wasn't quite prepared for her first demon, but at the same time her instincts took over completely when it came to fighting it. Because it was just that, another enemy on a different battlefield. She hasn't regretted her decision since.
