OVERVIEW:
- The Pneumatic Fist is the simplest of all of Bastian's prosthesis. Evoked typically upon entry to Inferis, and doubling as both a utilitarian and battle prototype, the Pneumatic Fist, a weapon forged of Soul Energy, replaces the flimsy stump-like prosthesis that Bastian has on Earth. Whilst a hulking beast of a weapon, it functions as a hand - albeit somewhat slower - and contains large amounts of pneumatic compressors within, which are somehow linked to Bastian's punching motions. At will, Bas can trigger the metal panel to shoot forwards with insane amounts of pressure, which works very nicely in tandem with hand-to-hand strikes, typically flattening to face of any pesky Demons. It also has secondary applications, working very well to clear rubble or split more resilient materials, for instance clumps of weak rock. After the panel is pushed forwards, it automatically begins to wind back, taking around seven to ten seconds to click back into place before the pneumatic qualities of the fist can be utilised once more.

- The Power Rampart is simple. Alongside giving Bastian a basic metal hand, it additionally gives him a large, widened armoured plate which is integrated into the prosthesis itself. Its flexibility around the joints allows it to be used in the same manner as a wrist-buckler, but the fact that it widens and thickens as it gets higher and higher up the arm proper makes it more fitting for defending against stronger attacks, shield-first, putting Bastian's prosthesis at the brunt of it.

For starters, the Evocation property of the Rampart is very much what makes it so useful. The shield itself is roughly as strong as thick carbonised steel; which means that the upper tiers of Demons' and Templars' attacks could potentially pierce it. However, even if broken at one point or another, it can be instantly regenerated simply by re-summoning it - and the fact that beneath the shield itself only lies a further metal prosthesis puts a second line of defense between Bastian and the shield.

If the Rampart is turned towards an enemy, it can with aplomb block attacks from reaching Bastian's upper body and head, which is completely obscured by the shield in its entirety. Continued fire upon it means that if Bastian is distracted, it is somewhat fallible - and, of course, defense is only optimal in one direction, which means that its use is somewhat limited when surrounded by further enemies. The Rampart holds a secondary offensive function which is very simply that when pressed towards enemies and being used to push forwards, running into a charge means that you've got all 6 foot 10 inches of Bastian, strength, might, and indomitable will, launching himself at an unsuspecting enemy, with a front of a thick-plated Evoked shield. The equation's pretty simple. If he charges into a lesser Demon with this, they're not getting back up.

- The second of Bastian's newer prostheses is far more pragmatic for him. Also, it's just fucking cool. As well as replacing the actual part of his hand that would normally be missing, it plates over part of his shoulder and collarbone with an automated electrical system and an unwieldy pauldron covering his right shoulder. The working function of this prosthesis is entirely unsuspecting until one reaches the elbow joint, which is additionally an electrical engine powering two rotary chainsaw blades extending from there outwards, to reach a devastating length of four feet each.

The blades themselves are forged of an analogue of carbon steel once more, with the same sort of teeth for the edge of the blade. They're thin - thinner than most typical chainsaw blades - yet hardy, and, of course, abide by the principle that two is better than one, making them able to shear through Demon and human flesh indiscriminately with absolute aplomb. Aside from this, the versatile uses of a chainsaw fist go from impaling enemies to use as a bloody human shield all the way to cutting through the undergrowth in more tropical areas of Inferis. The blades are larger than most typical chainsaw blades, and lightened in a sense to make them more combat-versatile; though they're still somewhat sluggish compared to the like of Bastian's Pneumatic Fist. His skill with them, as is to be expected, is rivaled by few other chainsaw-wielding supernatural individuals.
