OVERVIEW:
- A Hanged Man's Legacy is a rather simple ability, in theory, with a wide range of applications, but when it comes down to it, it boils down to this; Jasna can, at will, summon up to two ropes from her palms, which tend to form as long nooses. They can reach up to twenty feet in length, at level 1, and Jasna can manipulate the length within that limit, at will, though normally she will merely lasso one's neck, and pull sharply on the noose, causing it to tighten, effectively hanging her victim; a tribute to the biblical suicide of Judas Iscariot. This works best on human redsuit mookish NPCs, obviously, and on demons with strong bones and such, or PCs, for obvious reasons, she will usually either use the ropes like whips, or try to catch limbs and such, like a lasso. In addition, the ropes, while fairly strong, can be broken in normal ways that you can break ropes.

I know this is still NEP but I'm drunk so fuck everything. Basically, this is cool so far, but you may want to just weaken the degree of control she exerts over the rope so she doesn't auto-kill people, and may want to note that she can exert force that can hang HUMANS, as opposed to Demons, with their SUPER STRONG skeletal structures.

But basically, yeah, gravity tends to do most of the work so work with somhting more doable or shit. i dunno. Drunk.
