DEMON DESCRIPTION:

When he was consumed by hell, the energies of it  twisted his internal organs in ways no scholar could even guess at, breaking down his flesh and bone and fusing them with the machinery he once relied on to survive in space, creating a horrific creature, barely resembling a human, in the process.


His skin is a deep purple, body well muscled from what be a brutal regimen of exercise. Yuri appears to wear a respirator that is actually fused with his head, splitting into 4 tubes at his mouth that coil around his body and fuse with it at his sides. The end of the mask like appendage is made from two metal horns that point inwards slightly. His eyes glow bright in the dark, giving the appearance of yellow searchlights.  He wears little clothing, being naked from his waste and upwards, excluding two heavy, spiked shoulder pads. A battle robe that seems to be composed of steel and leather covers the rest of him, splitting into many layers on top of each other. Sometimes his body will emit a purple glow at random.



MORTAL DESCRIPTION:
Yuri manifests himself as a mortal using the body he possessed before he decided to end his life; a 30 year old Russian male. Being an important figure of the Russian Military reflects on Yuri’s body. Years of training have left him with a figure that towers over most men in girth, but also in height as he’s an outstanding “6’2”. His head is bald and lacks any facial hair. Finally his eyes are hazel brown. Yuri prefers to dress in uniform while in his mortal form, typically wearing military boots as well as a trench coat usually coloured black.

PERSONALITY:
The events of his past, alerted Yuri's already self serving and cruel personality to the worse. He doesn't regret any of his past actions, including his own demise as he views his demon reincarnation to be the best thing that happened to him. Yuri although not always eager to fighting someone, he enjoys seeing friends fight each other. He often tries to create pointless conflict between others solely for his own enjoyment. Despite his training to kill quickly and efficiently, with his new found powers he does the exact opposite. Yuri enjoys mentally and emotionally tormenting his victims by toying with their emotions more than killing them. In his usual manner, he will often joke around with his frozen grin and will laugh with glee when seeing others in pain.

Yuri will always try to manipulate others into believing he is friendly in order to gain their trust so he use them and kill them off later. Although it would seem like he's the type that likes to rush in, he actually plans every move carefully and always tries to have a back up plan in case thing go wrong.

Although Yuri knows well that sometimes allies are the most important thing in a mission, he will never put himself in harms way to save them. His massive ego leads him to believe that everyone but him is expendable and can be very easily replaced.

He doesn't believe in love anymore or bonds between others and will often laugh at such displays, sometimes going out of his way to shatter them.

HISTORY:
Yuri, the rest of his name worn out over the years, was never your average guy. Caught between the cold war and the events post the race to the moon he would soon come to a choice he thought he would never make.

His past was a blur. Born in a household were the father was always out for work and the mother saw that as a chance to whore herself out to just about anyone looking for a bit of fun, leaving Yuri neglected for the most part.
He could recall the smell of alcohol and fights between his parents to be the main theme of most of his younger years.

Yuri, needing an escape from his current life, found his home in the military. Adapting  to a military environment was no problem for Yuri as he was used to harsh environments from his household, in fact; he felt better there than his home. It was then when he decided it was time to erase his past and cut ties. He could provide from himself now after all and he cared little as to what happened to those you raised him.

Caught between his self inflicted isolation and the events that followed the U.S victory over the moon race, Yuri grew to become a shell of the frail, silent boy he used to be. He held no regard for life be it his own or anyone's. His only purpose in life was to follow orders. There wasn't much more to it after all, or he thought. Yuri had everything working out for him until she came. He met her during a dull night in a local pub: Sasha. At first he didn't think of her as much, but after a few encounters he came to realize he enjoyed someone else's company for the first time in years.

As time passed their relationship grew stronger, but so did the workload. Yuri had been climbing the ranks of the Russian military for years now, becoming a member of the secret service in his late 20's and entering a space projected by his early 30's. Just when he thought he found peace, he was met with an offer of being a member in a space expedition.

Torn between the fruit of his efforts and his new found love, Yuri entered a state of depression the days that followed before he finally choose to follow his career once more when he was promised that Sasha would wait for it.

The next 3 years passed slowly. Although his training beforehand was intense, Yuri had to base most of his decisions on instinct as it turned out his training was near meaningless when applied. Still, the Russian managed to pull through until he set foot on soil again.

Eager to see Sasha after so long, Yuri wasted no time, not even to rest, and headed straight to her home. At first he was surprised she would not be there when he returned initially, but quickly shrugged it off as nothing.

It was only when he finally reached her house that Yuri came face to face with reality. He saw another man enter when he had arrived. It didn't take much imagination to realize what had happened when she answered the door and kissed him before inviting him in.

Feeling his blood boil, Yuri grabbed an axe Sasha kept in her garden to chop wood and took the door out. Blinded by rage he made his way into the bed room were he caught the two of them laying in bed. Blinded by rage he brought the axe down on them, sinking deeper into darkness of his mind with each blow. When the sound of the axe hitting the ground shocked him back into consciousness, only two butchered carcasses remained and his blood stained hands. The Russian grinned, reaching for his hand gun. What followed was a shot and then silence as his body hit the ground.
