Abilities: The Hawkscouts are an enigmatic order of Demons that typically keep to themselves. Metal-masked and clad in cloaks and tunics of the deepest blacks, they are amongst the fast-moving Demons in the Undercroft. Armed with a pair of wicked daggers and a bow forged from the blackened trees of the Ashland itself, they have both close and ranged combat ability, as well as an excellent ability to stay quiet, stealth being one of their greatest assets.

Typically the stoic and silent Hawkscouts are utilised as assassins or thieves for when an operation requires discretion, but in war scenarios, the Hawkscouts are sent behind enemy lines to sabotage equipment or kill a figurehead, lowering morale. Their prowess in psychological warfare is unmatched; and though the Hawkscouts do not often talk, do not believe them to be stupid or non-sentient, for their tactical intelligence is amongst the greatest in all of Inferis.

Miscellaneous Notes: - Hunt in groups of five, seven, or ten.
- Hardly ever speak.
- Breath heavily through the slatted mask.
- If the mask is removed, it is said the Scout's essence will unravel and he will vapourise instantly.
- Said to be constructed from the horrific, evil souls of great assassins, murderers, and intelligence agents, John Wilkes Booth and Doctor Harold Shipman amongst them.
