OVERVIEW:

• Strangle thorns;
  Raphael's sword glows green. He may then strike his sword into the ground below to call forth thorny vines that will seeks out and lash at enemies. The vines can coil around lings tightly, allowing the thorns to penetrate one's flesh or immobilize them. The vines appear seemingly out of nowhere, allowing Raphael to strike on just about any surface or even on air to summon them. The thorns can grow up to be up to 15 meters long.
  
  
• Rampant Growth;
  Raphael may choose to use his power to summon a variety of plants with a variety of abilities for a short time to aid him and his allies in combat. The plants Raphael creates vary massively every time, and will be explained in-thread. Certain plants may release poison while others may utilize projectiles. Abilities can vary greatly. Plants are generally not powerful individually, but can be dangerous when in great numbers.
  
  Plants last until they are destroyed or Raphael unsummons them. Each summon takes a toll on his, decreasing his individual fighting power, but creating a considerable ally for the duration. For particular strong summons the toll paid is higher.
  
  
• Subjugate;
  Raphael point his sword to the sky for a moment before bringing it down with force, sapping nearby foes of their power. Any surrounding enemies will feel a sharp pain through their entire bodies for a split second before they will feel their physical and magical abilities decrease severely. Their bodies will not as responsive and their perception will be significantly lowered. This only lasts inside a radius of approximately 500 meters from Raphael's location. Stronger individuals are less affected.
  
  
• Astral Blessing;
  Raphael calls upon the healing energies stored in his body to heal an ally or himself, healing grave wounds in mere seconds as well as strengthening and revitalizing one's stamina and durability. This can also be used to remove poison, paralysis or any negative effects.  
  
  
• Blink;
  Raphael paused for a slit second before vanishing in bright light, only to re-appear somewhere else instantly. Raphael can use this to rapidly switch his location in the battlefield. For longer distances he need to focus more and thus stay still for an increased amount of time. Maximum distance he can teleport to is 500 meters. Rapid usage causes blink to take away more stamina per use. If its used to much it might temporarily prevent Raphael from moving.

3] Rampant Growth: So, what, he summons plant-type constructs to help him and his allies in combat? You should clarify what they can do, what they're limited to, how long they last, etc.

1] Rampant Growth: "Abilities can vary greatly" doesn't suffice. You need to define WHAT these plants can do; how long they can last; what they're strong against, what they're weak to, and give some semblance of what they look like.
