- There is a small, rounded metal plate embedded into the middle joint of Emily's right hand index finger.  In the center is a dark recess, making the implant look something like a mouthpiece.

OVERVIEW:
- When the augment is placed to her lips and blown into (much like telling someone to "shush") she is enveloped in a deep pocket of shadow.  She remains in the same physical location, but all light passes through her location making her functionally invisible.  When moving, others might see wisps of shadowy smoke dance at the corners of her form, making her ever so slightly visible (and perhaps sometimes terrifying).  The augment requires substantially less energy to mask her visibility when she's standing still than when moving, thus use while on the move last substantially less time (up to 10 minutes as opposed to an hour). Being tied to her life force, injury will gradually tear down the invisibility effect and will be nullified entirely if she is knocked out or killed.

Does the time limit not suffice? I could add that breath or wind attacks could limit or remove the effect as well.

It does, but it seems like the entire thing is kind of counter-productive and a little odd if she can be located, shot at multiple times, and still remain functionally invisible. Understand what I'm saying?

So the strength of her stealth field should be tied to her health, in other words. The more damage she sustains, the less cloaked she becomes maybe?
