OVERVIEW:
-Laven can use blur without the use of a sigil making it slightly weaker than most Apparatus's, however it's not that it doesn't make up for this in small ways. For one it increases her speed in both minor and large moments to produce a sizable blur trailing after herself. After a few moments the blur starts to fade after the demon's trail making it even easier to trail after her. She can't use this to travel through things nor can she use this to travel long distances since it's hard to maintain. It's best used to get the jump on someone that wasn't really expecting it and then leave it at that. When Laven uses blur her glowing parts leave even a more obvious trail since they tend to last longer compared to her normal body. If she's touching water she can't use this ability.
