Welcome, ladies and gents, to a section of Deus Mortuus that I (or other staff) will update monthly! Though it may be thin on the ground in content at first, Deus Mortuus is going to release an easy-to-browse news summary every months so everyone can catch up, and so new members can evaluate recent events, as well as including numerous features on activities and applications posted during the month! And so to begin...

RECENT EVENTS

So, for a quick summary:

• Deus Mortuus begun on the 17th of April, 2013.
  
• The forum officially opened on the 20th of April, 2013.
  
• A character event concerning new members and the forum begun on the 23rd of April, 2013, lasting til the 1st of May, 2013.
  
• Two small events were begun at the end of April, 2013, DEN OF DEMONS, and FERAL DEMON DEFENSE, exclusive to Demon Hunters and Demons respectively.

Admin Comment: So, for the first month, I've picked all of these entries exclusively for myself, as this news article is to be something of a surprise, but considering that things are slightly slow to start, I've decided to choose the Old One as the particular "flagship" of Bestiary entries provided in April. A callback to the eldritch abominations of Lovecraftian literature, and ultimately ranking in at #1 for "shit you don't want to see when you look out the window of a submarine", this thing is devastating, and second only in the Black Sea to the troops of Leviathan and the Archdemon herself.

Age: As of yet undetermined. Doesn't look a day over 40 to me.

Admin Comment: Once more, picked exclusively, this app was a blast to read and one of the first that Niko christened the forum with. Absolutely brilliant and great fun all round, as is to be expected, it's what I believe to be a perfect example of how a satirical app should be attempted, even if for all the mystery and shadiness within. Also, the fact that this guy's referred to as "El Zorro" in Ecuador, where he has 900 parking tickets, as of the last estimate, really just takes the cake for me.
