OVERVIEW:
- Avery is able to erase his mortal presence when in Inferis. Willing it so, his azure eyes transcend into a glacial gold and he takes on a feral appearance. As such, his incisors increase in length, peaking over his bottom lip. He also grows a set of horns on his forehead that resemble a ram’s and are colored a cruel ebony. His aura and demeanor darkens into that of a demon’s, fooling most into believing him as such except, of course, the Archdemons. This form can last as long as he desires, pulling from the ever-present vestibule of forsaken souls.
- The brain is made up of an array of chemicals that cannot be easily manipulated. Though typically no Demon Hunter before has dared delve into this complex and dangerous world, Avery personally found a way. He spent approximately seventeen minutes conjuring the genius work of art that is this ability. Ave focuses solely on the neocortex section of the brain that controls sensory perception, higher-order thinking, learning, and memory. Many before have attempted to piece together the confusion of the brain, but they have always failed. What Ave does is he taps into the chemical balance of a certain person's mind and changes it. In order to do this, he must be within fifty feet of them and in deep concentration. But once he is, their perception is then disrupted.
When light hits the retina, normally it takes one-tenth of a second for it to translate into an image, which then creates a neural delay to the brain. But it is said that the human visual system has evolved to compensate for those neural delays by generating images of what will occur one-tenth of a second into the future. This foresight enables humans to react normally to events happening in the present time, by typically seeing the future.
Now, what Avery does is he rids the brain temporarily of this foresight. The result is that they would be thrown one-tenth of a second into the past, allowing him to dance at least one full circle around them before they register the fact that he is even moving. In short, their perception is slowed down to about half of what they are typically used to. Thus, he has an entire three minutes (three posts) to do whatever he desires before their perception returns. To others, it appears as if he freezes time only for that person or people, thus, it's name. Clairvoyance: one who sees into the future--three minutes ahead of the opponent. To the person under Avery's Evocation, everything around them (including themselves) seems to move in slow motion except their thoughts. One flaw, however, is if a certain demon's brain is extraordinary and unpredictable to Ave, then his ability will not work. (Also, this will be used only with player permission).
- Tapping into the neocortex section of the brain once more, Avery essentially uses a technique on himself that does not reverse the effects of the human visual system, but instead increases their level of evolution. Instead of the human mind perceiving normally one-tenth of a second into the future, Ave raises that in himself. In the expanse of a moment, Ave is constantly drawing in vague images and sensory perceptions of the future. He can only use this technique on himself and no one else, however he is able to reduce the amount of time he sees forward, going as low as one-eleventh of a second to as high as an unforeseeable amount of time. It is nearly impossible to predict, which makes the Evocation an even more complicated endeavor. The closer to one-tenth of a second he becomes, the more coherent and capable he is at normal functions. Whereas deeper into the future, he hardly has the ability to think let alone speak, and is usually unconsciously tapping into it while he is asleep. The strain is immense and if the effects last for too long, his nose will start bleeding, he will temporarily lose his sight or pass out, or if it is held for an extended amount of time, Avery can lose his life.

REVISE
1] Same with the character app, just cut the Augments out.
2] Type isn't what it's embedded/engraved in/catalysed by. Type is what it's categorised; the second of your abilities would be something like Aurakinesis, whereas the former could be DNA Stabilisation or Genokinesis.

REVISE
1] Clairvoyance: Okay, there are a couple of restrictions that need to be put in place here. First off: not seven minutes. Two, three posts MAX for them to be under this slow-motion effect.
2] Clairvoyance: You need to add at what rate or percentage of the original their perception of time is slowed down. Half? Quarter?
3] Clairvoyance: Not only the flaw with the overcomplicated brain, you should clarify that this can only be used on PCs in designated circumstances with player permission considering it's potentially devastating.
4] Oracle: I'll cut it short. This is essentially as-is not going to be doable for future, even as plot-exclusive. The damage it can cause is too great: it essentially allows you to IC cement things to happen, which, whilst useful for literary effect, could prove in some touch-and-go circumstances to be potentially devastating. Consider this no lack of trust: this ability needs to be altered in such a way that it's more... workable. Otherwise it manifests as an ability that could be potentially catastrophic. I'd suggest vague premonitions in dreams: and it can be worked around for plot. You'll probably want to get at me RE: this on Skype or something.
