• Heaven's Claw
  Heaven's Claw is a steel katana, which is charged with electricity; it almost looks like the blade is made from pure electricity itself. It's a bit longer than average swords, the blade being a meter (about 3 feet) long. It is quite light, but still very durable and sharp.
  
  A cut from the blade, or even touching it actually, will result with the person who touched it being "zapped" a little bit, shocking the person as well as leaving a light 1st degree electrical burn on the place of contact. This is its one and only power.

Remove the shooting lightning bolts from your blade, and then otherwise you are fine. You can have the electrical blade, but not the lightning bolt.
