OVERVIEW:
- To begin with, Wei Qing can erase data trails.  To put simply, she takes care of any traces that could lead back to the source of anything technological.  Any type of digital interaction leaves a trace, from something simple to something extravagant.  So when she erases the data trail, fake information is left behind just in case someone follows up on stuff.  She has to be in physical contact with a computer and know exactly what transaction she's "fixing," and she has to "disconnect" or stop touching the computer after using it otherwise problems can happen within her mind.  These things can include disorientation, headaches, and spouting out binary without intending to.
