DOSSIER: DEMON APPARATUS
”Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
I'm as cold as a cold wind
Blows when it snows and it's twenty below
Ask me why and man I just don't know.”

OVERVIEW:
- Demon in the Snow: Utilizing this skill, Moloch has only to slam his gargantuan fists down on the ground, in order to summon up a circle of icicle spikes from the ground, rising up to forty feet tall. Through jumping, however, this can grow to that classic expanding ring, seen in video games, where the icicles spread out in all directions, as one layer melts back into the ground, in order for a second, smaller layer to form, which goes on until the spikes rise only to about a foot. To use the second variation of this ability, he has to have plenty of ice and snow around.
- Cold as the Cold Wind: Utilizing this ability, Moloch can fire from his mouth massive snowballs, of about fifteen-twenty feet in diameter. These are fairly destructive, given that's a lot of compressed snow. He also uses it to make gargantuan ice cream sundaes. Requires that he eats a large quantity of snow, or similar material. Which means TECHNICALLY, half of his ice cream is regurgitated... :|
- Trapped Under Ice: Utilizing this ability, Moloch's back tears open, and all of the ice and snow in his stomach is launched into the air, falling back down on a target or group of targets as a massive avalanche from the sky. After this, he has to eat more snow and ice, in order to use the vast majority of his abilities.
- Cold Snap: This is the most used ability of Moloch; utilizing this ability, he has only to place his hand on a target, in order to freeze them solid, as if by liquid nitrogen. Can only be used on PCs with permission, and is generally used to provide Moloch with his fuel source, through eating the frozen people. Can also be used on inanimate objects, provided they are of reasonable size.
- Crashing Elevators From Heaven: Utilizing this ability, Moloch can spit snow high up into the sky, which quickly condenses, before precipitating as hail the size of basketballs. Like many of his other abilities, requires he have a consistent fuel source of snow.
- Ice Age: This is possibly Moloch's most powerful ability; Should Moloch ever run out of snow, when on Earth, if he needs to use his abilities on Earth, he can use this devastating ability to block out the Sun temporarily, and generate water vapor in the atmosphere. Over time, the drastic climate change will result in a global ice age. This can be restricted to a regional ice age, if needed, and has only ever been used rarely, and with permission from Lucifer. This may only be used for plot purposes.
- When Hell Freezes Over: Utilizing this skill, Moloch can create ice golems, his personal demon guards, from any ice or snow in the nearby vicinity, utilizing his personal store if he must. These ice golems, to summarize, have much weaker versions of his "Demon in the Snow," "Cold as the Cold Wind," "Cold Snap," and "Crashing Elevator From Heaven," unless they are his most elite of guards (PCs of his demon variety, normally) More on this in the Character App.
- Angel of Ice: This is possibly the closest Moloch will ever get to looking remotely human. Utilizing this ability, for exactly four posts, he will change his appearance entirely to that of a long-haired man, resembling a heavily scarred version of himself, as he had been as an angel, with wings of crystalline ice (nonfunctional, but aesthetic). In this form, not only is he much smaller, and more agile and quick, but he is also doubly as powerful, physically, coming almost close to Belial's raw strength, and his abilities are all doubled in strength, and don't require the usual snow fuel. This comes at a fairly steep cost, however; for seven posts after the fouth, he reverts to his demon form, and lays completely dormant, relying on any ice golems in the vicinity to fight on his behalf, else some other archdemon is around to fight the survivors. This ability is only used when absolutely neccesary, and it should be stated that in his dormant state, Moloch is completely defenseless, and entirely vulnerable to attack.

All seems fairly good, Jay. I mean, Archdemons have no real power limits; so...
