OVERVIEW:
- A limited form of cryokinesis, that results in the user being able to freeze liquids and/or any form of water according to their will. The user can create sharp objects to stab a victim, or if the victim is wet, to freeze them as well (strictly through contact, either through direct physical contact or if per say the victim is standing in water which the user is touching, then a trail of ice can be formed to reach the victim and freeze them). No form of manipulation is actually involved here, the user is strictly limited to freezing stuff. Not only that, the range of said ability is also limited to the amount of water or any form of liquid in the surrounding area. To a limited extent water vapor can also be frozen, but only around five or less meters away from the user. This allows user to have not much of an variety and is limited to places which have lots of water around. In dry places the user is extremely limited when it comes to fighting power, however at beaches, near rivers and such everything can become his weapon. A nifty thing about this skill is using water vapor near the ground to create ice on top of the ground and make people slip. Of course, Cromwell himself is immune to his own ability.
