DESCRIPTION:
- The  Rougarou form is Rage embodied. Towering over any normal human being at seven and a half feet tall all of which is rippling lean muscle covered in a dark, almost pitch black fur that ripples as he moves. His eyes glow a faint green during the night, and this is often the last thing any of his prey have ever seen. The creature moves with a lupine grace that show cases his restrained power. His arms are long though not unwieldy so, each long dexterous finger ending in a razor sharp claw. His head while mostly wolfish does possess human like characteristics, such as a shorter muzzle then one might otherwise expect and human like if eerily intense eyes. His legs are lean and powerful making it easy for him to leap great distances with inhuman speed and grace.

If and when he talks in this form, it sounds more like a low rumbling growl then actual human speech and many who are not paying close attention would not be able to understand a word he says while in this form. Though this is only with human languages, if he was conversing in demon he would and could be understood perfectly well due in most part to the nature of that language.    

- His fur is now pitch black and about three inches longer then it once was and almost seeming alive, moving and swaying to an invisible wind. Every once in a while blue electricity sparks and flows through his mane, seeming to add credence to the fact that it is almost a living thing.

SKILLS:

- Howl of the Night Pack: Like all Night Stalker alphas, Jean can emit a ear splitting howl that can uproot trees and change the very landscape its self. It emits in a cone in front of Jean and he cant move while doing this, it also happens to be extremely tiring and as such is not used often. Its area of effect is just under 30 feet in front of him, with a width and height of about 15 feet.

- Howl of the Predator: Jean can instill fear in near by creatures by letting out a long and intense howl, causing most lesser demons to flee in absolute terror as their primal instincts take over and force them to move. On PC's it does very little other then cause them to rethink doing battle with this primal incarnation of humanities fear of the dark.

- Cloak of the Night: Like the lesser specimens of its species Jean in his morphed form possesses a coat of fur that blends perfectly with its back ground no matter where he is. This extends to super and preternatural instincts and senses. Though he can be seen with some difficulty if he moves at any sort of significant pace. Also this is a toggled ability, generally only used when out on the prowl. Also please note that its protection from supernatural senses only apply to beings of equal or lower level.

- Instincts of the Hunter: While melded, Jean can use all the senses found in the common Night Stalkers. From their enhanced mundane senses to their ability to see creatures auras and everything that entails.

- Hunters Perfected Form: In his combined form Jean has access to Moon Hunters incredible physical prowess. From his incredible speed, agility and strength to his steel rending claws and teeth. He possess all the physical abilities of a Night Stalker alpha.

These physical abilities are now well beyond that of a traditional Alpha. His physical strength is now great enough to uproot the mighty trees of his home land, and his speed is enough to out pace even the swiftest of Hell Sprinters.

- Storm Augmentation: While fused, Jean now has the ability to create and control the ambient static electricity his fur naturally creates and often uses it to augment his already devastating physical attacks with a stunning property that leaves them helpless before him.

Levin Fury: Using the same electricity the forms in his mane, Jean can cast bolts of electricity at a range. These bolts do not do any substantial damage, barley leaving a scorch mark on the ground if they miss, but what they do manage to do is disrupt a targets nervous system and cause something akin to a seizure as all their muscles spasm.  

- Razormane: Jean now has the ability to control and manipulate his hair in very interesting ways. For one he can extend it in any direction for up to ten feet, also he can alter its hardness and sharpness turning it into millions of tiny blades that he controls as if they where a part of his body... Which they are. His hair there for is as hard as steel when he wills it to be and as sharp as any mundane blade.

REVISE

1] Include a range for Howl of the Night Pack.

2] I'd kind of prefer it if you made Cloak of the Night activated instead of passive, or gave it some drawback, maybe he needs time to settle into his background.

3] Cloak of the Night should only prohibit those with supernatural instinct from detecting him if the adversary is of a lower or equal level to Jean.

1] Razormane: Maybe a little more specificity on how hard his fur becomes (sorts of things it can stop, etc) as well as sharpness.  I know you say its like a bunch of tiny blades, but just a little more would be helpful.
